The CRES Score is a single, defensible rating of your steam system across the four things that actually matter — Compliance, Reliability, Energy efficiency, and Safety. In one lean, senior-led visit we inspect the system, grade each dimension, and hand you the number, the evidence behind it, and the ranked fixes to raise it.

The gap metering leaves. Facilities, sustainability and reliability teams are asked to cut energy and carbon and hit decarbonization goals — on a limited capital budget — while steam expertise retires out the door. Metering tells you what a plant uses. It never tells you where the loss is, what condition the equipment is in, or where to start. That’s the gap the CRES Score closes.

Package 1 — Complete Boiler Room Assessment

Everything inside the boiler house: combustion efficiency at each boiler, equipment condition and inventory, jurisdictional compliance, safety, reliability, and a measured boiler-room performance number — captured in the digital walkthrough and your CRES Score.

Package 2 — Steam System Assessment

Follows the steam once it leaves the boiler house, where much of the loss hides: trap survey, insulation audit, condensate and multi-pressure review, flash-steam recovery and venting. Add it to Package 1, or purchase on its own.
